All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate images and descriptions, but slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of many of our products.

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable for EU customers. For customers outside the EU, prices are exclusive of customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Order confirmation is sent via email after you place an order. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we ship the order and send a shipping confirmation email.

Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption and processed through PCI DSS compliant payment providers.

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team. After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed as fulfillment may have begun.

We ship to over 30 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over EUR 80 within Germany and the European Union.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. For international orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be in their original packaging where possible.

Returns within the EU include a prepaid return label at no cost. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
