We currently process exchanges as a return and new order. Simply return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
Returns within the EU include a free prepaid return label. For international returns, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping regardless of location.
