Common questions about delivery and shipping
You can update your shipping address within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team. After that window, the order may have already entered our fulfillment process and changes cannot be guaranteed.
The carrier will typically leave a notice and attempt redelivery the next business day. For some carriers, you may be able to redirect the package to a pickup point or schedule a new delivery time using the tracking link.
We can ship to P.O. boxes within Germany and the EU via standard shipping only. Express shipping options require a physical street address.
Please check with neighbors and any safe spots around your delivery address. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. All shipments are insured.
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Unfortunately, we cannot combine separate orders into one shipment once they have been placed. To save on shipping, we recommend adding all items to your cart before checkout.
